Torkil Lauesen
Torkil Lauesen is a political economist and a living embodiment of the highest principles of internationalism. A perfect nexus of theory and praxis, it is an honor to be in struggle alongside Torkil, let alone be publishing him. He is currently a member of the International Forum and is a board member of the Arghiri Emmanuel Association. His publications in English include Unequal Exchange: Past, Present and Future, The Long Transition towards Socialism…, The Principal Contradiction and many more.
Arlene Eisen
Inspired by the Black and Vietnamese liberation movements, Arlene Eisen has been a militant in the struggle against imperialism since the 1960s. Eisen is the author of the influential study, Operation Ghetto Storm, first published by the Malcolm X Grassroots Movement, as well as Women of Viet Nam, based on her stay in Viet Nam with the Viet Nam Women’s Union. Her latest book, In The Worldwide Family of Militant Women, is a hybrid social history-memoir.
Mohamed Khougali
Mohamed Khougali is a Sudanese socialist writer and psychological practitioner based in Germany, where he continues to organize and serves as president of Black Radicals. His work engages questions of liberation and collective struggle through the combined lenses of the Black radical tradition and psychological theory. Politically Unconscious is his first book.
Mohanad Alsayed
An memoirist and refugee from Tulkarm, Palestine. Unlike most Bildungsroman writers, Mohanad Alsayed came of age during the first Intifada.
He now resides in Southern California, where he writes and organizes. Scars & Medals is his first book.
Conor McCabe
Though known for his iconic shock of peppered grey hair, Dr. Conor McCabe wears many hats: author, historian, radical tour guide, and organizer.
Conor is also one of the world’s foremost experts in James Connolly. We are very proud to be publishing the Complete Connolly Works, in a ten volume set, under Conor’s editorship and supervision.
Aymeric Monville
Aymeric Monville is a French essayist born in 1977. In 2004, He co-founded the Marxist publishing house Delga, that has published nearly 300 titles on Marxist theory and the history of the workers' movement.
He is also the author of three Iskra books including his intervention into the legacy of Stalin For A Few Canards More; his devasting dressing down of Nietzsche, The Poverty of Left Nietzscheanism; his clear, accessible Neocapitalism According to Michel Clouscard: An Introduction.
Yanis Iqbal
Yanis Iqbal is studying political science at Aligarh Muslim University, India. He is the author of the books The Sword and the Neck, and Education in he Age of Neoliberal Dystopia. He has published more than 350 articles on Marxist theory, social movements, imperialism, education, and cultural criticism.
Daniel Brooks
An editor, poet, educator and public intellectual from Indianapolis, Indiana, Daniel Brooks is a former Minister of Culture for the Black Liberation Party.
He is also a member of the Black Alliance for Peace. His work has appeared in Hood Communist, People’s Tribune, Hawai’i Review, Indianapolis Review, and more.
Ali Kadri
One of the most innovative and insightful Marxists alive, Ali Kadri changed the course of anti-imperialist thought with his contributions to our understandings of de-development and waste.
Kadri is a research professor at Sun Yat-sen University in the People’s Republic of China.
Lachrista Greco
Lachrista Greco is a writer, activist, and founder of Guerrilla Feminism, a pioneering digital platform for intersectional feminist activism that has amassed hundreds of thousands of followers across platforms. Her incisive work blends personal narrative and cultural critique, exploring themes of belonging, resistance, and digital culture. The Guerrilla Feminist is her thunderous debut. Greco lives on Ho-Chunk Land (Madison, Wisconsin).
